What the Future Holds

It’s been quite a while since I wrote in here. Writing has always been a challenge for me. We each have those things that produce fear and trepidation. Writing does that for me. I’d much rather be in front of a group talking about my passions than writing about them. But I know that putting words down on paper or screen is important and I can’t always deliver what I want to say in person. I have many thoughts and experiences that I would like to share so I am going to run head first into my biggest fear……..and just write!

My website will be going through a few changes as I begin to redefine what I want to share and do. I love coaching and I love teaching yoga. I also enjoy experimenting in the kitchen and talking to people about good nutrition. That is why I finally signed up for a culinary nutrition program this past fall. I put a lot of time, energy and enthusiasm into the course and graduated with honors from the Academy of Culinary Nutrition. I gained a lot of knowledge and confidence! Just yesterday I made brazil nut milk, kale chips and gluten free graham crackers! There is so much to share but I am not positive with “how” at the moment. I have lots of ideas, but figuring out what fits best with my family life is most important to me.

So, this is a start. I will do my best to post recipes, running stories, health and fitness information as well as ways to reduce our footprint on this earth. Please hold me to my promise!
